6) outlet wheel pressure adjusting knob: adjust outlet wheel pressure, counter-clockwise rotation after pulling out, outlet wheel pressure increased, pulled out the clockwise rotation, inlet wheel pressure decreased. 7) tool holder assembly: wire cutting, stripping head and tail, stop state, up and down two blades should be opened to the maximum, to smooth the wire through.
