This machine realizes the functions of cutting, stripping, twisting, dipping, crimping the terminal, passing through the plastic case, and automatically inserting the terminal wire into the plastic case for continuous automatic processing.
The whole process of the machine is controlled by an industrial computer, with precise action, simple operation and stable performance, which reduces operator errors and ensures the stability of the product. The wire stripping, cutting length, twisting, tinning, terminal crimping, and plastic casing can be adjusted on the industrial computer.
The pressure detection device uses a high-sensitivity pressure sensor to detect the pressure deformation when the terminal is crimped, and it can accurately detect defective products. The CCT visual detection device can quickly and accurately detect whether the terminal has penetrated into the plastic case, so as to ensure the performance and quality of the product.
